‘Freakshakes’, shopping and hikes on the agenda for boarders

Boarding pupils at Stamford High School have been enjoying their second weekend of term with a host of exciting activities.

Take a look at their tweets below, and follow them on Twitter here and Instagram here, to keep updated with all of their activities.

Wilson, the School’s pastoral pup, took a walk around Burghley House, which is right on our doorstep. Read more about Wilson here.

‘Freakshakes’ were made on Saturday evening, with lots of cream, sauce and sweets for good measure!

Sunday brought a shopping trip up to Nottingham, with Sushi on the menu for dinner.

Mrs McEnery spoke to us about St Martin’s weekend: “We’ve had a lovely Sunday at St Martin’s; I made pancakes for lunch; we’ve had a visitor, Nelli a 12-week-old Lab, whom we took for a walk at Fineshade woods. After a long walk, (Nelli has very little legs and everything smelt so good!) we had ice-cream, than back to the house to chill out with a board game.”
