Raising money for Movember
A number of Stamford School students have been growing their moustaches over the last month to raise money for Movember and have successfully raised over £900 (so far). Movember exists to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men, such as; prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention.
The team are currently sit in 10th on the Schools Challenge UK network out of 34 teams. The team have raised £913 [correct at time of writing] and are keen to raise more for this great cause. A special note goes out to Toryn and Rohan who between them have raised £339.
