Reception Take a Walk on the Wild Side

Reception class have had a wonderful time looking closely at nature with Mr Smith.

Mr Wade’s class in reception went on an adventure with Mr Smith, Director of Outdoor Education. They learnt about light, shade and spoke about mushrooms and fungus.

They were encouraged to use their imaginations to explain certain things in their surroundings. This allowed them to come to the conclusion a giant had come through the school grounds at night.
