RYA Youth National Championships in Pwllheli
Sixth Form students, Issy and Ewan, have recently competed in the RYA Youth National Championships in Pwllheli.
The Pair competed fiercely in the ILCA 6 (International Laser Class Association) sailing class.
Ewan reached 22nd out of 61 sailors and Issy achieved a 5th place overall and as the 3rd place British sailor in the women’s competition.
On her success Issy said: “I am really pleased to have come 5th overall and 3rd British boat after a challenging week of light winds in Pwllheli”.
Congratulations to both sailors for their efforts.
