Sixth Form enjoy art workshop from Scott Bridgwood
Sixth Form Art students at the Stamford Endowed Schools have enjoyed a dynamic workshop from Artist, Scott Bridgwood, who specialises in figurative and symbolic works.
The students were given the rare opportunity to work on a sustained piece of work throughout the day, as well as a range of smaller studies, working from a life model; helping the students to widen and develop their portfolios, in a range of media.
Miss Helen Kenworthy, Head of Art at Stamford High School, said: “Scott has a wealth of experience, both as a professional artist, as well as a tutor at Attenborough Arts Centre.
“His quick paced and engaging approach ensured that the students really focused on building their skills throughout the day and developed their experience in a range of approaches. He was incredibly complimentary of both the students and the work that they produced. “
