Tributes pour in for Libby Craig, former Head of Stamford Junior School
It is with great sadness that the Stamford Endowed Schools announce the death, last week, of Libby Craig, former Head of Stamford Junior School and PE teacher at Stamford High School. Principal Will Phelan stated, “Libby was an outstanding Head and a wonderful colleague. Although diminutive in stature, she was a colossus of the Endowed Schools and she will be fondly remembered by generations of our pupils and parents. It is a very sad time for the Schools and the community.”
Libby died peacefully at home on 10 October 2017.
