U12 Netball Win First Match of the League
Students from Stamford High School have won their first match in the Stamford and Rutland Netball League.
Eight Year 7 students played in the Under 12s match, on Stamford High School Netball Courts, winning six points to one.
Mrs Horwood, Head of Netball said it was “a fantastic first outing for the U12 netball team. They showed great teamwork and resilience on court especially as some players had never played a match before.
“Special congratulations go to the Opposition’s player of the match, Siena S, and the Coach’s player of the match, Imogen S.”
