Our alumni are an integral part of our community. The Stamford Endowed Schools’ community spans 12,000 former pupils, alongside former staff, former parents as well as current parents, pupils, and teachers. We offer lifelong support, guidance, advice, events, and news so that when you leave Stamford, you continue to be part of our community. Make the most of our community by exploring our network.
The network of Old Stamfordians, comprising the SHS Old Girls’ Guild for leavers of Stamford High School and the Old Stamfordian Club for leavers of Stamford School, acts to support all former pupils of the Stamford Endowed Schools. Pupils of Stamford Endowed Schools are invited to join their respective club on leaving the Sixth Form.
Our events are not simply social: we host sport, lectures, seminars, networking opportunities and career-specific events.

Q: Is there a charge for membership of the Old Stamfordian Club or SHS Old Girls’ Guild?
A: Yes, lifetime membership leaving Stamford Endowed Schools at Sixth Form is £150. Membership for leavers after this time is charged on a sliding scale based on year of leaving. It is free of charge 70+.
Q: I studied at the Stamford Endowed Schools but did not complete my studies at the Schools. Am I eligible to be part of the alumni associations?
A: All pupils that have studied at Stamford are welcome to join the alumni associations as members if they wish. If you have specific questions about eligibility, please contact email@example.com
Q: I’m a former pupil of Stamford Endowed Schools but don’t receive any communication. Why not and how can I change this?
A: The most likely reason is that we do not have your current contact details. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, year of leaving and postal address, and we will be in touch or, alternatively, click here to change your information.
Q: What kinds of communication do alumni association members receive?
A: Members receive regular e-bulletins with relevant events and information, an annual alumni association magazine and an annual copy of Stamford magazine. They also receive discounts on some events, access to the alumni network for professional opportunities, and a welcome gift from their respective association. Q: I need a copy of my academic transcript. Who should I contact?
A: For transcripts or other verifications of study, please contact the Data Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: I am hoping to contact a particular Stamford Endowed Schools former pupil. Can you give me their contact details?
A: For data protection reasons, we are unable to pass on personal contact details. Please contact the Development Office at email@example.com with your enquiry who will be able to pass on a message on your behalf.
